Luisa Hernández is Graphic Designer, Creative Director and Digital Artist born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. She graduated from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano with a BFA in Advertising and Graphic Design. After years of practice in global advertising agencies she relocated to Houston, Texas, were she completed her MFA in Graphic Communications from the University of Houston (2008). Hernández has been an educator since then, teaching in several universities across the United States. She lives now in New Orleans where she runs her own design studio. Luisa is currently an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design at the Department of Visual Arts and Design at Southeastern Louisiana University.
